Château Bellegrave
Château Bellegrave is located on the banks of the Gironde River, near Bordeaux. The Château Bellegrave estate is planted on predominantly gravelly soil. The Caussèque family, deeply rooted in the region for several generations, cultivates and vinifies the estate according to Médoc tradition.
The vineyard is planted with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. Each year, a special Château Bellegrave cuvée is produced, made from a selection of old vines and blended half Cabernet and half Merlot.
Château Bellegrave is a superb Médoc Cru Bourgeois, full-bodied and already very enjoyable, reflecting expert aging. Its well-structured, fresh, and crisp palate, with delicate floral notes, makes it one of the most interesting Bordeaux wines available.
