Château Haut-Bergey
At the helm of the Château Haut-Bergey, the Garcin family—Syliane Garcin-Cathiard and her husband Gaston—successfully developed and modernized the estate upon their arrival in 1991. Located in the heart of Léognan, the vineyard spans 40 hectares, primarily within the appellation Pessac-Léognan for its reds and white wines. Today, Paul Garcin, their son, is carrying on the work his parents began, notably by recently starting the transition to organic and biodynamic farming.

Château Haut-Bergey primarily produces red wine from 37 hectares of vineyards, consisting largely of Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. The rarer Château Haut-Bergey white wine is produced from 2 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, and finally, the Cuvée Paul is the estate’s rosé wine under the Bordeaux appellation.
