Located on the heights of the famous Pomerol plateau between Trotanoy and Le Pin, the vineyard consists of 40-year-old vines. Château La Violette wines are made exclusively from Merlot, which imparts finesse, body, and fruitiness. Catherine Péré-Vergé has always relied on her friend Michel Rolland for the vinification of her wines.
