Bouyer Estate - Clos de la Cure
Domaine Bouyer has been a family-owned estate for seven generations and is located in Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes near Saint-Emilion, in the Bordeaux region. It consists of two distinct properties: Domaine Bouyer - Clos de la Cure and Château Milon, both classified as Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Managed using sustainable viticulture practices since 1997, the vineyards of Domaine Bouyer - Clos de la Cure and Château Milon are grassed to encourage competition with the vines and thus produce higher-quality grapes.

The 6-hectare vineyard of Domaine Bouyer - Clos de la Cure owes its name to the fact that part of the vineyard once belonged to the parish of Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes. It stretches across the plateau of Saint-Etienne-de-Lisse and neighbors the prestigious Château de Valandraud. Château Milon, meanwhile, covers just over 6 hectares, and its vines are situated at the foot of the hillside, on sandy and clay soil. Controlled yields, hand-harvesting, and meticulous winemaking and aging have enabled the Bouyer family to produce well-crafted wines that rank among the very best of the Saint-Emilion appellation.
