Château Peyroutas is a vineyard located on sandy-gravelly soil within the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation. It is part of the Terra Burdigala collective, founded by Stéphane Derenoncourt and François Thienpont—two wine and vineyard enthusiasts and prominent figures in the Bordeaux region—which brings together winemakers who adhere to its quality criteria: respect for nature, limited yields, and authenticity of the terroir.

The Château Peyroutas vineyard spans 3 hectares, predominantly planted with Merlot, and faces south, offering optimal sunlight. Each vine benefits from all the practices that enhance the terroir’s expression in the grapes: short pruning, leaf removal, thinning...
