Château Pindefleurs

Château Pindefleurs is a Grand Cru Classé in the Saint-Émilion appellation managed by the Lauret family, who have had wine in their blood for generations. The 18-hectare vineyard is 90% Merlot, which thrives here and ripens beautifully. The blend is rounded out by Cabernet Franc, which thrives in the clay-rich soils where it takes root. The vineyard is managed sustainably, with a complete ban on herbicides, reduced use of pesticides, and the use of natural treatments. One of the goals of this family-owned estate is to allow the fruit to express itself with equal parts finesse and persistence. The wines offer a delightful balance between strength and delicacy, with aromas of blueberries and violets, as well as hints of roasted notes. When tasted young, Château Pindefleurs reveals true freshness, before evolving into a silky palate. Its character is round, juicy, and velvety.
