Château Lalande
Small in size, the Saint-Julien appellation has the highest concentration of Crus Classés in the Médoc thanks to its highly homogeneous terroir. It is here that we find one of its most remarkable discoveries, Château Lalande. It wascreatedin 1964, following the purchase of a single plot of land at Château Lagrange by Gabriel Meffre, a nurseryman from the south of France who fell in love with the region.
For 60 years, Château Lalande has benefited from the expertise and passion of the Meffre family, who also run Château Glana in Saint-Julien and Château Bellegrave in Pauillac. It is a charming wine with a strong personality, highly recommended by our experts. In this price category, it would be difficult to find better!
