Haut-Charmes

Haut-Charmes is a wine produced by La Compagnie Médocaine des Grands Crus, which in less than 30 years has established itself as a key player in the Bordeaux wine trade, both in France and abroad.

"Haut" comes from the fact that this nectar was produced on the heights of the appellation, while "Charmes" can only be understood by tasting it. In addition to the variety of soils that give the wine its unique character, the microclimate, favored by the green and pleasant Ciron valley, plays a key role in the production of this wine. Thanks to these two factors, noble rot caused by Botrytis cinerea invades the grapes, enriching them with sugar while reducing their acidity. All the care taken during production and aging, as well as constant attention, have resulted in the creation of Haut-Charmes, an exceptional wine.
