Isabelle and Denis Pommier
Settling in 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier took over 2 hectares of vines from the family estate, which until then had not been producing wine. In 1994, the couple released their first vintage and bottled it, which won an award right from the first year! In 2009, the Isabelle and Denis Pommier estate committed to organic farming and obtained certification from the 2014 vintage onwards.

Today, the Isabelle and Denis Pommier estate owns plots producing Petit Chablis to Premier Cru (Fourchaume, Troesme, Côte de Léchet, and Beauroy) as well as white and red Burgundy wines. The vines grow on Kimmeridgian soil, very compact layers of limestone and soft clay marl containing fossilized marine organisms.
