Isabelle and Denis Pommier
In 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier took over 2 hectares of vineyards from the family estate, which until then had not been producing its own wine. In 1994, the couple released their first vintage, which won an award right from the very first year! In 2009, the Isabelle and Denis Pommier estate committed to organic farming and obtained certification starting with the 2014 vintage.

Today, the Isabelle and Denis Pommier estate owns plots producing wines ranging from Petit Chablis to Premier Cru (Fourchaume, Troesme, Côte de Léchet, and Beauroy), as well as white and red Burgundy. The vines grow on Kimmeridgian soil, consisting of very compact limestone layers and soft clayey marl containing fossilized marine organisms.
