About the estate:

Born to parents who were a winegrower and a cooper, Sylvain Dussort and his wife settled here in 1982 and currently cultivate 6.5 hectares of regional and village appellations in Meursault and Chorey-lès-Beaune. Their farming methods eschew systematic pest control, and their winemaking uses only native yeasts, following Burgundian tradition with barrel aging. Sylvain is also an advocate for the new Bourgogne Côte d’Or appellation, which he has proudly claimed since the 2017 vintage.
