"Chic wine with a classic style"

"Fresh, with delicate floral aromas of lemon and grapefruit that harmonize with hibiscus flowers. The palate is intense, precise, and mineral. Its high salinity is balanced by mouthwatering acidity." (Wine Enthusiast 2023). Simply superb!

About the estate:

In 1946, Francis Auvigue joined forces with three other producer friends to create a small wine merchant specializing in Pouilly-Fuissé. Jean-Pierre and Michel, Francis' grandsons, took over in the 1970s and developed other appellations in the Mâconnais region. In 2017, the company took over a 7-hectare vineyard and moved into the former church of Fuissé, which was converted into a winemaking, tasting and sales facility. Today, Sylvain Brenas, Francis's great-grandson, and Céline Hirsh are at the helm.
