Domaine Saint-Supéry - Sauvignon 2008
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes used to make this cuvée are harvested during the night and in the early hours of the morning in August and September to preserve their delicate fruit aromas. Wonderful aromas of pink grapefruit, lime, and honeysuckle combine with a lively heart of grapefruit and hints of pineapple, nectarine, and lemongrass. An explosion of citrus fruits for a very harmonious wine!
