Domaine Saint-Supéry - Sauvignon 2008
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes used to make this wine are harvested at night and in the early morning hours during August and September to preserve their delicate fruit aromas. Wonderful aromas of pink grapefruit, lime, and honeysuckle, combined with a lively grapefruit core and hints of pineapple, nectarine, and lemongrass. An explosion of citrus for a very harmonious wine!
