Note: Robert Parker 90/100
"The Brut Blanc de Blancs 7 Crus is absolutely magnificent..." (Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate #192, December 2010). The Les 7 Crus cuvée is a blend of a mosaic of plots, the top wines from the estate's seven crus: Avise, Oger, Oiry, Cramant, Avenay Val d'Or, Bergères Les Vertus, and Mardeuil. A particularly unique and delicious pedigree!

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2020 guide) 4 stars (Producers of very high quality, those who are the pride of French vineyards)
About the estate:
Pascal Agrapart is the talented craftsman behind this family estate, one of the most sought-after in the entire Champagne region. The historic four-hectare vineyard, inherited from his great-grandfather, was thoroughly restored to working order by his father Pierre in the 1960s. Today, with his son Ambroise, Pascal carefully cultivates 12 hectares (comprising more than 70 plots), mainly classified as grand cru, in Avize, Oger, Oiry, and Cramant, using the most natural methods possible. Agrapart champagnes subtly wind their way along the Côte des Blancs, beloved by those who appreciate lightness and elegance, unfolding with exceptional integrity and precision on the palate. The range includes three vintage cuvées each year, expressions of three different terroirs: mineral on the limestone soils of Avize and Cramant, Avizoise on more clayey soils, and Venus, a micro-cuvée from the limestone and clay soils of Avize. Without exception, all these champagnes are of the highest quality, with an undeniable personality and an aromatic freshness of menthol and sweet spices that counteracts any sensation of acidity. Thanks to this balance, the palate achieves remarkable density in both texture and finish, with a striking noble bitterness. The mousse is always excellent, never excessive, and finely supports the aging process even in the youngest cuvées (the wines are partly aged in 300- and 600-liter barrels and in large, shallow stainless steel vats). While the Terroirs cuvée is remarkable for an entry-level wine, it is the Minéral that most catches our attention for its excellent value for money and its perfect representation of the Agrapart style. As for the Avizoise, Vénus, and Complantée cuvées, they are currently unmatched in their style and pedigree on the Côte des Blancs. This is undoubtedly the next 5-star winemaker in Champagne.
Guide des Vins Gault & Millau
3-star estate (very high-quality production)
About the estate:
In a very short time, Pascal Agrapart and his family estate, founded in 1894, have risen to the pinnacle of Champagne production in terms of quality, unique character, meticulous viticulture, and recognition. The 12 hectares are spread over some sixty plots in the dreamy villages of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Oger, and Cramant. Here, the practices are organic, even biodynamic, but not certified, both in the vineyard and in the cellar (indigenous yeasts, no enzymes, etc.). The vineyard is entirely plowed and the wines all express their terroir of origin with precision. Pascal Agrapart, one of the greatest winemakers in Champagne.

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Rated estate (2020 guide) 3 stars (These represent the excellence of French vineyards. The best terroirs cultivated by the greatest winemakers. Tasting their wine is always a magical moment.)
About the estate:
The Agrapart family, who have been in the region since the late 19th century, own a superb heritage of grand cru Chardonnay in Avize, Cramant, Oger, and Oiry, enhanced by traditional cultivation and winemaking methods. Pascal Agrapart and his son Ambroise proudly proclaim their status as récoltants-manipulants (winegrowers and producers). The range highlights single vineyard cuvées (malolactic fermentation). Champagnes fermented in old barrels are among the region's benchmarks, thanks to their strong expression of Champagne minerality. The finishes are clear (with little or no dosage), the flavors savory and persistent, with subtle oxidative and saline notes. Aging in the cellar helps to produce remarkably fine bubbles. This estate is leading the way in the Côte des Blancs region, which too often takes the easy route.
