Baron Dauvergne Champagne
Born in the heart of the prestigious Bouzy region, Domaine Baron Dauvergne embodies nearly a century of passion for winemaking and family expertise. The journey began in 1927, when several winemakers founded the Defynlieu Wine Cooperative. A few years later, Madeleine BARON and Michel DAUVERGNE created their own Champagne brand. Since then, three generations have followed one another: Michel, his son Hubert, and then Vincent, each contributing to the family legacy.

In the 1980s, Eliane, Hubert’s daughter, conceived an iconic cuvée as a tribute to the flower of Champagne: the daisy. Thus, in 1983, the Cuvée Fine Fleur was born, now an essential signature of the Baron Dauvergne estate and a symbol of its identity.

In 2005, armed with a BTS in Viticulture and Oenology from Bordeaux, the new generation took up the torch with passion and a modern approach. In 2011, the Baron Dauvergne brand was officially launched, paying tribute to the founders and reaffirming the estate’s family-run and artisanal roots.
