Baron Dauvergne Champagne
Born in the heart of the prestigious Bouzy terroir, Domaine Baron Dauvergne embodies nearly a century of passion for winemaking and family expertise. The adventure began in 1927, when several winegrowers founded the Defynlieu Wine Cooperative. A few years later, Madeleine BARON and Michel DAUVERGNE created their own brand of Champagne. Since then, three generations have followed in their footsteps: Michel, his son Hubert, and then Vincent, each contributing to the family business.

In the 1980s, Hubert's daughter Eliane came up with an iconic cuvée in homage to the flower of Champagne: the daisy. Thus, in 1983, the Cuvée Fine Fleur was born, now the signature cuvée of the Baron Dauvergne estate and a symbol of its identity.

In 2005, armed with a BTS (Higher Technical Certificate) in Viticulture and Oenology obtained in Bordeaux, the new generation took up the torch with passion and modernity. In 2011, the Baron Dauvergne brand was officially created, paying tribute to the founders and affirming the estate's family and artisanal roots.
