Champagne Brice - 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut
16/20
Gault & Millau
“This 100% Chardonnay reveals a powerful yet subtle nose: aromas of juicy, crisp vine peach, pear, fresh grapes, white flowers, and white pepper. The palate is inviting, with a crisp, lively quality. The fresh citrus notes reflect the 3 g/l dosage, whose acidity invigorates the whole, leading to a creamy finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a citrus-infused sea bream ceviche.” (Gault & Millau Wine Guide)

About the estate:
Descended from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family’s 12-hectare vineyard. With the support of Christophe Constant, oenologist and head of production, they craft champagnes rooted in the terroir of Bouzy, a Grand Cru appellation.
