With a family history of winemaking dating back to the 17th century, the Brice family is particularly attached to the commune of Bouzy, where it cultivates an 8-hectare vineyard. At the same time, Champagne Brice sources grapes from around 20 hectares located mainly in the communes of Aÿ, Bouzy, Cramant, and Verzenay—the four historic grands crus of Champagne.
Champagne Brice produces both blended cuvées such as Brut Tradition and Brut Rosé, as well as Blanc-de-Blancs and Bouzy Grand Cru cuvées.
