Champagne Brice - Bouzy Rosé Grand Cru 2012 - Extra Brut
90/100
Gilbert & Gaillard
“A deep orange-pink color. A ripe, very pleasant nose with notes of red berries, orange peel, and biscuit. On the palate, a very straightforward, winey rosé with lovely aromatic precision and plenty of freshness. A finish of citrus and sweet spices.” (Gilbert & Gaillard 2018)

About the estate:
Descended from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family’s 12-hectare vineyard. With the support of Christophe Constant, oenologist and head of production, they craft champagnes deeply rooted in the terroir of the Grand Cru-classified Bouzy.
