Bruno, the great-grandson of a winemaker, and his wife Laurence founded the Grande Maison des Champagnes Mignon in 1995 in Épernay. Today, joined by their children, Manon and Guillaume, the Mignon family cultivates their vineyards in the heart of the Grand Cru village of Chouilly.
This HVE-certified vineyard in the Marne Valley borders the Côte des Blancs, renowned for the quality of its Chardonnay.
