Champagne De Saint-Gall
The House From St. Gallen is the result of a union of cooperatives based in Avize, founded in 1966. It comprises 15 cooperatives across 13 villages spread from the Côte des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. The main winery is located in Avize, where the wines are blended, bottled, undergo secondary fermentation, are dosed, and the bottles are labeled.
With 1,400 hectares, 90% of which come from classified terroirs—including 600 hectares of Grand Cru and 640 hectares of Premier Cru—the House From St. Gallen is the largest supplier of Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines in Champagne.
