Champagne Labbé et Fils allows the beautiful chalky subsoils—composed of clay and sand on the surface—to express themselves fully, through sustainable and sustainable viticulture practices in the vineyard, following biodynamic principles, and a non-interventionist approach in the cellar to ensure the most natural winemaking process possible. Each Champagne Labbé et fils vineyard plot is vinified separately before blending and is made from the three flagship grape varieties of Champagne: predominantly Pinot Noir, along with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This wonderful discovery proves that we can still find high-quality Champagne at an excellent value!
