Champagne Labbé et Fils allows the beautiful chalky subsoils—composed of clay and sand on the surface—to express themselves fully, through sustainable and responsible viticulture in the vineyard, following biodynamic principles, and a non-interventionist approach in the cellar to ensure the most natural winemaking process possible. Each Champagne Labbé et Fils plot is vinified separately before blending and is made from Champagne’s three flagship grape varieties: predominantly Pinot Noir, along with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This wonderful discovery proves that we can still find high-quality Champagne that offers excellent value for the price!
