Hachette
"With complete transparency, this non-dosé Champagne reveals its character: a balance of smoothness and power"
“Hommage à l'aïeule, a blanc de blancs aged for at least 42 months in the cellar and with no dosage. Elegant and persistent, it offers youthful aromas of flowers and white fruits. Its liveliness, characteristic of brut nature champagnes, combines with a beautiful fullness and great richness. It pairs beautifully with seafood and cheeses.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026).
