Champagne Paul Lebrun - Blanc de Blancs Brut La Signa-Terres 2018
2*Étoiles
Hachette
"Between purity and elegance"
"A signature wine of the estate, this blanc de blancs from the 2018 harvest is a vintage wine. It was a bountiful and early year: the Chardonnays used to make this cuvée were harvested as early as August 25. After a long rest in the cellar, this champagne reveals itself. Pale gold with green highlights, its color is traversed by fine strings of bubbles that release aromas of white fruits of great finesse. The palate is harmonious, straightforward, and long. Ideal as an aperitif and with seafood." (Le Guide Hachette 2026).
