About the estate:
Vincent Couche cultivates his 15 ha in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Always attuned to nature, he has been meticulously studying the needs of his vines and nurturing their vitality and well-being since 2008 through biodynamic practices. His vineyards in Buxeuil (12 ha) consist mainly of Pinot Noir, while those in Montgueux (3 ha) are planted exclusively with Chardonnay. A passionate and perfectionist winemaker, Vincent works tirelessly to develop the microbiological diversity of his soils. He has replanted fruit trees and introduced sheep and chickens into the vineyards. The wines are remarkable and fairly well distributed.
