After spending many years working in the wine industry, Antonio Sanz fulfilled his dream by creating this estate in the village of Corella, in the heart of the region of Navarre in Ribera Baja in 1989. Beyond his precise work in the cellar, Antonio consolidates his experience and knowledge year after year by paying particular and increasing attention to the soil, the vines, and their treatment and maintenance.
Today, his three sons are inspired by this philosophy of life and work as they take up the reins to achieve Vina Zorzal wines that are full of life, fresh, cheerful as birds, and especially the Zorzal, which enjoys tasting the beautiful grapes in the vineyards... A reflection of nature and a protected local environment, it is no surprise that the Zorzal gave its name to this estate and has become the emblem of the Sanz family.
The 40-hectare Vina Zorzalvineyard has everything it takes to produce exceptional wines: beautiful organically grown vines, high-altitude hillsides, a prime location bordered by the Ebro Valley and mountains, a somewhat wild and unspoiled setting, rich rocky soil, and a favorable continental climate. Discover this freshness from Spain in the A.O. Navarre and Rioja appellations, featuring Chardonnay, White Grenache, Graciano, Tempranillo, and Grenache grape varieties.
