About the wine:
Barón de Magaña 2018 is a red blend made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from their oldest vines, seeking a fresher wine that expresses the limestone soils of their vineyards. It was fermented with indigenous yeasts and underwent a short maceration at 28°C maximum. It was aged in two-wine French oak barrels for 12 months. It has a brilliant ruby color and an expressive nose of berries and herbs, very spicy, with a medium-bodied palate and refined tannins.
