Finca Dofi 2014 is a blend of approximately 94% Grenache and 6% Carignan from a plot in Gratallops called Finca Dofi. [...] It is incredibly vibrant, with a silky smoothness and purity, concise yet ripe. The wood is very well integrated and there is none of the volatility that some associate with Priorat. The aromas are clearly reminiscent of older Dofi vintages, but with a much rounder texture. Once again, the acidity brings punch and depth. The finish is flavorful and very mineral.
