The palate is medium-bodied with a succulent attack of black cherry, balsamic, with a hint of orange zest and clove. It has good structure and concentration, with freshness on the finish. Tasted with a few tapas, including jamon iberico de bellota. Excellent and very well balanced. A very dark color, but revealing beautiful aromas.
