Pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days (5°C), followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks (between 24 and 26°C) with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, and finally, post-fermentation maceration for 10 days

Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels (225 and 500 liters), then in French oak casks (7,000 liters), followed by bottle aging for at least 6 months
