Traditional Tokaji-Aszu wines are produced exclusively in the best vintages, using Aszu grapes (affected by noble rot) that are sorted by hand, one by one. Classified from 3 to 6 according to their residual sugar content, this is a very fruity and fresh wine, which is extremely enjoyable with its citrus and white fruit aromas. As Louis XIV said: the wine of kings, the king of wines!
