Brasserie Entre 2 Mondes - Bière Blonde Eau de Pierre
Bières récompensées
Hachette Bières
"A dome of ivory foam, reminiscent of whipped egg whites, tops a slightly cloudy old copper gold color. The nose is grassy and spicy. On the palate, the immediate acidity contrasts with the roundness and velvety texture provided by the malt blends. The taste evolves into grains and cereals, then the spices take over with finesse and elegance. The finish is a spicy bitterness mixed with notes of yellow fruit." (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)

About the estate:
Daniel Longval, from Quebec, met Fabienne Demierre, from Switzerland, while he was working as a cheesemaker. They settled at the foot of the cliffs of the Loue Valley. It was there that the aptly named Entre Deux Mondes brewery was born, a concrete illustration of the differences between continents and cultures. Their beers reflect what they love: spices, warmth, texture, creaminess, creativity, and leave room for imagination, with labels imbued with Native American culture. All their products share a dense, thick and creamy head that leaves a permanent lace pattern on the sides of the glass, as well as a lively expression of spices. These are beers with a rich and intense character.
