About the wine:

A dome of ivory foam, reminiscent of whipped egg whites, crowns a slightly cloudy, old-gold, coppery color. The nose is grassy and spicy. On the palate, the immediate acidity contrasts with the roundness and velvety texture provided by the malt blend. The flavor evolves toward grains and cereals, then the spices take over with finesse and elegance. The finish features a spicy bitterness mingled with notes of yellow fruit.

About the estate:

Daniel Longval, from Quebec, met Fabienne Demierre, from Switzerland, while he was working as a cheesemaker. They settled at the foot of the cliffs in the Loue Valley. It was there that the aptly named brewery Entre Deux Mondes was born, a tangible illustration of the differences between continents and cultures. Their beers reflect what they love: spices, warmth, body, creaminess, and creativity, leaving room for the imagination, with labels steeped in Native American culture. All their beers share a dense head—both thick and creamy—that leaves a permanent lace-like pattern on the glass, as well as a lively expression of spices. These are beers with a rich and intense character.
