New vintage, 2009 was rated: Robert Parker 88-89+/100
The estate cultivates "forgotten" grape varieties, such as Serine, an ancient variety of Syrah, which, when blended with Syrah (the current variety), both of which have very low yields, produces a highly distinctive wine. In a style where power is certainly still present, but where finesse and freshness give it a whole new dimension. A colorful, dense, spicy wine with great aging potential!
