Founded in 2018 by Delphine Roulier, an agricultural engineer and former cellar master at Château Lastour, the brewery has turned its attention to the exciting and creative world of beer, allowing it to reinvent itself every day with new flavors.
All Brasserie 5 Bis beers are certified organic and come in two ranges: ZEFYR and ZEF.
