Founded in 2018 by Delphine Roulier, an agricultural engineer and former cellar master at Château Lastour, the brewery has embraced the exciting and creative world of beer, allowing her to reinvent herself every day through new flavors.
All of Brasserie 5 Bis’s beers are certified organic and come in two lines: ZEFYR and ZEF.
