Pennautier Castle
In the heart of the Cabardès AOP region, Château de Pennautier has been home to the Lorgeril family for 12 generations. Built in 1620 under Louis XIII, it is nicknamed the "Versailles of Languedoc," embodying the elegance and art of living in Languedoc. A mecca for wine tourism, it combines historical heritage, architectural refinement, and family tradition.

Château de Pennautier benefits from a unique high-altitude terroir, where Atlantic coolness meets Mediterranean warmth, offering an exceptional richness of grape varieties. Located on the southern slopes of the Montagne Noire, between 230 and 260 meters above sea level, its vineyard produces organic wines of great elegance. Their unique aromatic profile combines Atlantic freshness and Mediterranean warmth, with notes of garrigue, spices, and red and black fruits, in a quest for harmony and respect for the terroir.
