Born from the collaboration of two passionate winemakers, Abbotts & Delaunay wines embody the expertise and high standards of the Languedoc region in a distinctive and modern style. Founded in 2005, theAbbotts & Delaunayestate, located in Alon in the Aude department, spans 15 hectares and comprises 25 plots scattered across the hills of Magrie in the foothills of the Cévennes. Passionate about the richness of the Languedoc-Roussillon terroirs, the Australian-Burgundian duo highlights the tremendous potential of this vineyard through charming and precise wines acclaimed by the most discerning connoisseurs. Terraces of rounded pebbles, sandstone, marl, limestone scree, and sun-baked schist, swept by powerful winds, form the richness of this vineyard where Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Viognier, Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Pinot Noir thrive.
