TheDomaine d'Aupilhac vineyard covers 13.5 hectares of hillside vineyards, plus an additional 8 hectares in the Les Cocalières area. The entire Domaine d’Aupilhac is managed using ECOCERT-certified organic farming and biodynamic practices: regular plowing, hand-harvesting at optimal ripeness, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging in large oak vats and barrels. Every effort is made here to produce some of the best wines of the Languedoc within the Coteaux du Languedoc Montpeyroux appellation, as true to their terroir as possible.
