“The 2007 Coteaux du Languedoc Les Eclats was slightly reduced before bottling, but after a good swirl, it offers lovely aromas and flavors of blackcurrant and fresh blackberry, tinged with rosemary and cinnamon. Smoky meat and mineral nuances emerge on the palate, full of vitality, while the finish is a bit tight. A concentrated wine with an appealing, extremely fruity nose (notably blackcurrant). No wonder this wine was highly praised by Parker. On the palate, the structure is a bit tight but becomes round and smooth after some aeration. Decanting it for an hour will do it a world of good. All in all, a very successful wine offering excellent value for money.

A wine with a very deep color, with aromas of licorice and herbs; on the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with distinct Syrah notes and a hint of blueberry. A very well-made wine offering excellent value for the price.
