An excellent 2009 that shines with its concentrated aromas of blackcurrant and cherry, as well as its warm notes of spice and toast. All of this is enhanced by a hint of dark chocolate. A rich, warm, and complex wine that opens up with aeration; it will be best enjoyed within the next 5 years!

It's still too young; you'll have to wait a while to discover its full brilliance. A promising Languedoc with substantial body—best enjoyed in two years.
