This Grande Cuvée, a blend of Syrah and Grenache, has matured under ideal conditions and offers lovely spicy, distinctly Mediterranean aromas (hints of garrigue) with plenty of freshness. extended fermentation in truncated cone-shaped tanks, followed by 5 weeks of maceration before being transferred to barrels for aging
