Les Crus Faugères - Mas Olivier

Mas Olivier is an estate operated by the Les Crus Faugères cooperative winery, located in Faugères in the Hérault department.

The Mas Olivier vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate with optimal sunshine and occasional heavy rains, which are conducive to the healthy development of the vines. Furthermore, these two elements combine with highly porous schist soils that store the day’s heat and release it at night at the base of the vines.

As with all the cooperative’s estates, Mas Olivier wines are carefully tended to meet high-quality standards, resulting in fragrant, silky, supple wines with beautiful minerality that truly reflect the terroir.
