Les Crus Faugères - Mas Olivier

Mas Olivier is a vineyard operated by the Les Crus Faugères cooperative winery, located in Faugères in the Hérault department.

The Mas Olivier vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate with optimal sunshine and occasional heavy rains, which are conducive to the healthy development of the vines. Furthermore, these two elements combine with highly porous schist soils that store the heat of the day and release it at night at the base of the vines.

As with all the cooperative’s estates, Mas Olivier wines are meticulously cared for to meet high quality standards, resulting in fragrant, silky, supple wines with a beautiful minerality that truly reflects the terroir.
