Les Crus Faugères - Mas Olivier

Mas Olivier is a property operated by the Cave Coopérative Les Crus Faugères, located in Faugères, Hérault.

The Mas Olivier vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate, with optimal sunshine and occasional heavy rainfall, conducive to good vine development. What's more, these two elements combine with the highly filtering schist soils, which store up the heat of the day and release it at night at the foot of the vines.

As with all the cooperative's estates, Mas Olivier wines are meticulously cared for to meet the highest quality standards, producing wines that are fragrant, silky, supple and nuanced with a beautiful minerality, as close as possible to the terroir.
