Mas Seren

The Mas Seren is a vineyard perched at an altitude of 300 meters in the foothills of the Cévennes, created entirely by Emmanuelle Schoch in 2009. Originally from Lyon, this sincere and sensitive epicurean settled in this unique place, illuminated by stars at night, inspiring the new winemaker to name the estate "Seren" meaning star in Welsh. His approach to winemaking is guided by respect for this exceptional environment and the preservation of its biodiversity. In the heart of an oak forest, the plots, spread across slopes of varying degrees of steepness, are outlined by hedgerows, copses, and streams. A mosaic of soils and grape varieties, combined with a sunny but cool climate, allow the characteristics of this terroir to flourish.
