Mas Seren

The Mas Seren is a vineyard perched at an altitude of 300 meters in the foothills of the Cévennes, established entirely by Emmanuelle Schoch in 2009. Originally from Lyon, this sincere and sensitive epicurean settled in this unique place, illuminated by stars at night, inspiring the new winemaker to choose the estate’s name, "Seren"meaning 'star' in Welsh. His winemaking philosophy is guided by respect for this exceptional environment and the preservation of its biodiversity. Nestled in the heart of an oak forest, the vineyards—spread across slopes of varying gradients—are framed by a landscape of hedgerows, groves, and streams. A mosaic of soils and grape varieties, combined with a sunny yet cool climate, enhances the unique characteristics of this terroir.
