About the estate:
This six-hectare vineyard, surrounded by garrigue and perched at an altitude of 300 meters in the heart of the Cévennes, is the perfect setting for typically Mediterranean grape varieties to thrive. The alternation of hot days and very cool nights allows the berries to ripen slowly, thereby preserving their great aromatic purity and freshness. The wines are appealing, aromatic, always balanced and fresh—in short, elegant, very easy to drink, and full of character.

About the estate:
This winery, founded in 2009 by Emmanuelle Schoch, a former viticultural technician, has 6 hectares of vineyards perched at an altitude of 300 meters and surrounded by scrubland and oak forests in the town of Monoblet in the Gard department, near Anduze. The winery is organically managed, and horses are used for farm work.
