About the estate:

Rémy Pédréno has been running this 9-hectare estate in the historic Langlade region with his wife Martine since 1999. Having previously worked in the northern Rhône—notably at Domaine Rostaing—this passionate winemaker from Nîmes quickly established himself among the region’s leading producers, crafting elegant, taut, and airy wines on this marl-limestone terroir that has been renowned for centuries. Aging in large oak casks and meticulous management of the lees have taken this estate to new heights, making it an undisputed benchmark today. Jeremy Stevenson joined Martine and Rémy after gaining experience in New Zealand, Alsace, Chile, and Oregon.
