Nose
with notes of dark chocolate and toasted brioche bread, followed by aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blueberry).
Mouth
The attack is fresh and full, with tannins that are present but well-coated. The palate lingers on notes of fruit, bay leaf and nutmeg.

"Luc Baudet had the audacity to settle in this region still strongly marked by the cooperative movement. Attached to the Costières de Nîmes region, he settled at Mas Neuf. The richness of the terroirs enables him to offer three types of cuvée: Rhône Paradox, based on freshness and purity of fruit; Compostelle, the result of selection from old vines and grapes from the best plots. And finally, Armonio, born of a meeting with Louis Mitjavile (Tertre Roteboeuf, in Saint-Emilion, among others).
