Château de Gaure
Since 2005, the Fabre family—winemakers for five generations, passing the craft down from father to son—has become part of the long history of Château de Gaure.
The 66-hectare vineyard comprises several terroirs:
Château de Gaure and Campagne-sur-Aude in the Limoux AOC, and Latour-de-France and its surroundings in the Roussillon AOC.
From the vineyard to the cellars, Pierre FABRE respects the fundamentals of nature to allow the distinctive characteristics of Château de Gaure’s terroirs to shine through. Certified organic since 2008, the transition to biodynamic farming began in 2018.
