Since 2005, the Fabre family—winemakers for five generations—has become part of the long history of Château de Gaure.
The 66-hectare vineyard comprises several terroirs:
Château de Gaure and Campagne sur Aude in the Limoux AOC, and Latour de France and its surroundings in the Roussillon AOC.
From the vineyard to the cellars, Pierre FABRE respects the fundamentals of nature to allow the unique characteristics of Château de Gaure’s terroirs to shine through. Certified organic since 2008, the transition to biodynamic farming began in 2018.
