The Maxime vintage is made from old Carignan vines, which lend this wine power and a hint of spice. It stands out for its suppleness on the palate, silky tannins, and beautiful depth. A favorite that offers, above all, exceptional value for money!

A closed wine, lacking in aroma, slightly acidic, even after decanting… just an average Minervois...

Pleasant aroma with notes of spices and licorice. However, the finish is slightly acidic. Decent for a table wine.

One of my biggest disappointments—three out of six bottles were undrinkable because they tasted completely vinegary. I’ll never buy this wine again. JJW
