Located in Moulès-et-Baucels, in the heart of the Hérault Valley, the Domaine de l’Églisette enjoys a prime location. Nestled around a charming 12th-century Romanesque church dedicated to Saint John the Baptist—known locally as “l’Églisette”—the estate is one of the northernmost vineyards in the Terrasses du Larzac AOP.

The Domaine de l’Églisette vineyard spans 16 hectares, cultivated with respect for the environment. The grape varieties include the major Mediterranean varieties—Syrah, Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Merlot for reds and rosés—as well as Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier for whites. Committed to environmental sustainability, the estate began the gradual conversion of its vineyards to organic farming in 2018. Since the 2023 vintage, all of its wines have been certified “ Organic.” The significant temperature variation between day and night—which can reach 20 °C in summer—enhances the freshness and aromatic complexity of the grapes.

Domaine de l’Églisette produces a range of wines that emphasize terroir expression and freshness. The reds combine richness, depth, and finesse, while the rosés stand out for their freshness and fruitiness. The whites, made primarily from Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier, offer elegant and complex aromatic profiles. These wines blend Mediterranean character, freshness, and precision, reflecting the unique terroir of the Terrasses du Larzac.
