Located in the commune of Jonquières, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac vineyards, Mas de l'Erme is a family estate run by Florence and Fabien Milesi. She is an agronomist and oenologist, and he is a computer scientist. In 2006, they decided to buy 8 hectares of vineyards.
Mas de l'Erme has a terroir of high quality for wine, thanks to soils composed of very well-drained gravel for red grape varieties and clay-limestone for white grape varieties. The wide temperature variations between day and night during the summer ensure that their wines have fruity aromas with a certain freshness. Mas de l'Erme has been Ecocert certified since 2015.
