Mas de l'Erme
Located in the town of Jonquières, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac wine region, Mas de l’Erme is a family-owned estate managed by Florence and Fabien Milesi. She is an agronomist and oenologist, and he is a computer scientist; in 2006, they decided to purchase 8 hectares of vineyards.
Mas de l’Erme boasts a terroir of exceptional quality for winemaking, thanks to soils composed of well-draining gravel for red grape varieties and clay-limestone for white grape varieties. The significant temperature fluctuations between day and night during the summer ensure that their wines possess fruity aromas with a distinct freshness. Mas de l’Erme has been Ecocert-certified since 2015.
