(2016 vintage notes)

This pure Languedoc cuvée is made from indigenous grape varieties, with 90% Carignan and 10% Marselan, obtained by carbonic maceration to preserve the fruit's crispness and freshness. It offers a delicious wine for immediate enjoyment without compromising on structure. This "friendly" wine is ideal for accompanying charcuterie and grilled meats.
