About the estate:
Founded in 2006 by Florence Milesi, an oenologist and agricultural engineer, and her husband Fabien, a computer scientist—both the son and grandson of Languedoc winemakers—this estate’s vineyards span 10 hectares and are in the process of transitioning to organic and biodynamic farming.
